“NADA Ear acupuncture teaches the person to relax from the inside out. This increased sense of calm and the quieting of symptoms that occurs as a result of the acupuncture treatment stimulate patients' own “Qi” (one's inner energy) andbring them back into a more balanced state.

As the person become calmer inside, they become much more aware of themselves and others. From this quieter, inner place the person canthen make more careful choices in his/her reactions to life situation.”
